Fairness,
clarity, and consistency are important in our employee recognition programs. We have monthly newsletters for goal winners each month. As financial
consultants we align individual economic interests with our company performance and
goals to make a win-win for all. Our shining stars will be shown to all within our newsletters along with the anounced prizes each month. Our compensation programs gives all employees at all levels of our organization a chance to benefit when our company prospers.
We are expanding and looking to fill opening in our team. As part of this transition, our employees will now be working collaboratively with employees at these locations to provide financial consulting services in these new markets. To assist with the transition we are developing an internal leadership team blog for our employees that addresses the implications of leading within a culturally-diverse and changing global business environment.
